自然とそうなってしまったこと/もの/ひと及び他人の意見に関して、いかなる理由があってもそれを否定する発言をしてはいけません。ただし仮定は除きます。
About what/who became naturally so and also about the opinions of the others, all of the members must not say anything to deny it/them even if there are some reasons.
However, this shall not apply to assumptions.

What includes the contents to despise or insult the Broadcaster, those around Him, the members and the groups to which He belongs must not be submitted anywhere.
不適切であったり公序良俗に反したりしているとキャス主が判断するものはどこにも投稿してはいけません。
What the Broadcaster judges to be improper or to be contrary to public order and morality must not submitted anywhere.
