My japanese (?) Fluffy bread with chocolate and cheese inside (tho it should be chocolate ganache but i cant  buy ingredients for chocolate ganache due to the lockdown)

Any suggestion what should i make for mothers day? I am planning to make tiramisu italian style. I hope i can buy the ingredients -_-
